Keeping Colorado youth healthy in mind and body is essential now more than ever. At Gold Crown Foundation’s Healthy Kids Expo, a free event presented by Alpine Bank, youth will learn different ways to stay active, practice mindfulness activities, and why it’s easier than you think to live a healthy lifestyle.
Youth can explore the variety of ways in which health matters through the Health Huddle's three pillars: Sports Performance, Healthy Habits, Mental Health.
Grab a punch card at check-in and see how many activities you can complete. Each activity promotes a healthy lifestyle, in mind or body. This is a great opportunity for kids to test their athletic abilities, try out a new sport, learn some new coping techniques, and earn giveaways and prizes.
Doors are open from 9am to 1pm, but come when it works for your schedule! We hope you will join us on August 23 at the Gold Crown Field House for a FREE, ultimate family fun day focused on an active and healthy lifestyle! Free registration is required.

- 30+ stations including various sports, physical fitness, healthy habits, mental wellness, and more. Get a stamp for completing a station – turn in your card for a prize.
- Sports, fitness activities, healthy habits, mental health exercises, and more
- Free haircuts from Sports Clips
- Giveaways/door prizes all day long! Listen to win a new mountain bike, gift baskets, autographed sports gear, and memberships.
- Mini Camps | Head to Court 5 for mini camps throughout the day. Participate in 20 minute camps, and get a free t-shirt (plus two stamps!). No pre-registration required.

Try a new sport, engage in fitness equipment and workouts, better your mind and body. All ages are welcome, but most activities will be targeted for 5 to 14 year olds.
