Did You Know the World’s Largest Easter Egg Hunt Is In Colorado?!

Want to participate in the World’s Largest Easter Egg Hunt?  You can and it’s free!  Hop on over to Copper Mountain on April 16th for 65,000 eggs scattered over 2,500 acres.  There are different hunts for all ages from 3 and under in the Center Village, to an on-mountain hunt for kids or kids at heart.

This Easter Egg Hunt is in true Colorado style.  Participants are encouraged to turn in empty eggs to be reused next year.  Yowie will provide a free chocolate candy to the first 800 kids who recycle their eggs.  Yowie also provides the eggs, which are filled by veterans and folks with various disabilities.  The eggs are made is the USA!  Yowie is a chocolate candy that brings animal and environmental conservation messaging to the world.

This event is free with the exception of the Easter Breakfast with Rainbow Fish ($25 Adults and kids $21 ages 4-9).  

Here is the schedule:

8 a.m.    Easter Breakfast with Rainbow Fish – Ticketed Event at Kokopelli Trail

8:30       All Ages- On Mountain Egg Hunt

10           Reading of Rainbow Fish by Miss Colorado- West Lake Village

10:15     Ages 3 and under Egg Hunt- Center Village-Apres Alley

10:30     Ages 4-6 Center Village, By the Lower Level of the Conference Center

11           Ages 7-11 Around West Lake- Multiple Access Points

Noon      All Ages-On Mountain at the top of the Eagle Lift (Lift ticket needed)
