Description
The Clyfford Still Museum is a great place for you and your baby to experience art and find community with other families.
A Museum educator will lead caregivers with infants (newborns through 14 months) in a crawl through the galleries and do a hands-on activity. Talk about art with your baby and socialize with other caregivers.
Handprint, footprint, bodyprint – let’s make some prints! We will spend the first half of the program in the galleries exploring the vibrant colors in Still’s works, followed by time outdoors under our cantilever for printmaking exploration. We will be making prints you can take home with you! Messy art making should be just that – messy! We expect and welcome it. We will provide t-shirt smocks for your baby, but please dress to make a mess.
We suggest arriving 10 minutes early to get your little one and your belongings organized before we begin the program on the Museum’s second floor in The Making Space.
